The NZXT cases are good, I have 2 and built 7 more computers with them and no problems. As far as Jpac, never used them they just seemed kinda cheap to me.

Going solely by price, go with NZXT. Who knows though, Jpac might be a diamond in the rough. Never used them.
Personally, my taste tends toward In-Win.
