Not sure if it's a coincidence, but when I put in my new sound card today my CD/DVD drive quit working. I tried a few different discs in it and it wouldn't work. Then I took out the sound card and still it refused to work.I switched IDE cables once and it didn't work. I switched it out with an older drive I had laying around, still nothing. I even did a chkdsk /f and that didn't work.
Any suggestions as to why it won't work? |
