I have two SATA Drives:

I run Dual boot XP/Vista. I have the problem on Both OS's.
My computer detects both drives and says (working properly)

(2X) LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1s ATA Devices

I can burn Cd's and Data DVD's with no problem in Microsoft Windows Wizard but..

Issue #1: 1 of the 2 drives doesnt detect CD's or DVD's at all.(It's just sitting there)
I click on the drive after putting a disc in and it says "Insert a Disc"

Issue #2: I'm using Nero 7 on XP and Nero 8 on Vista and I can't make Copies from CD to CD or from DVD to DVD

Issue #3: Sometimes Nero doesn't detect DVD-R but Windows wizard detects the DVD-R
