does anyone know where i can go to find out how to get rid of the virus trojan.win32.patched.....i could really use some help. thank you in advance

search for it in your PC...then delete it.
post back up if that doesnt work

Anyways, download AVG Antivirus and scan, as well as Spybot Search & Destroy.
