How will a video card react when its not getting enough power from the power supply?

Most of the time the screen will freeze, you might get a error and the computer will lockup or restart.

Speaking from experience, in COD 2 i would get as far as moving my player, the screen would lock, an annoying repetitive noise would sound and after a while the pc would restart.

Your graphics card sometimes will tell you if it's being underpowered, then it'll downclock itself. If it's really severe your computer will crash.

it will crash your comp damage the card maybe aswell.
