Question A few questions about new chipsets

Hello all, first post on this forum and I've got several questions about a new pc build.

First off, I am interested in the new 780i motherboards, but can't find any shop that has them and ships to australia. Anybody know of somehwere that does?

If that doesn't work, I was thinking of getting an X38 chipset, probably the Gigabyte GA-X38-DQ6. However, I'm not sure what makes it more expensive than the Gigabyte GA-X38-DS5, and wether it is worth the extra money.

Finally, my other option is the ASUS P5E3, which seems pretty decent but am currently leaning toward one of the Gigabytes.

Also, whichever option I go for, I want it to support the 45nm yorkfield quads by intel. I'm pretty sure all of them do, could anybody clarify?

Help with any of my questions is greatly appreciated, I'm a bit lost here
