Default Work PC For Dad

QUESTION: DO THESE PARTS WORK. Please, just say yes, they will work. Or no, they will not work. I have to order tonight and it's 1:09 AM where I am. The PSU will be enough for what I have listed what it will do below, right?

Hey. My dad asked me to build him a work PC and I'm just making sure everything will work together and such. He just needs it for basic stuff like Point of Sale, but mostly so he can use his security web-cam to see his store from our house.

He'll be using the Hard Drive in his current comp, so that'll be taken care of.

If you willing to shirk out 30$ more I would HIGHLY recommend getting these parts instead. Much more reliable and higher quality

Motherboard- VERY good mobo company, reliable, i have used them before, $30 dollars more though , but with this you get the better RAM for the same price

RAM- ddr2 800, a reliable company, fast gaming quality RAM, same price

EDIT:
So final recommended build:
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500
DFI INFINITY P965
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB
Antec 380W
COOLER MASTER ATX 9 (had to make it ATX not micro ATX to accommodate mobo, sorry )

He wants the smaller case. Doesn't have room for the huge one. Those work right? He only wants to use it for running the checkout program (Point Of Sale) and a webcam feed through YIM.

If he isnt doing anything intensive I would might just get one from Dell. They have great deals on low-end computers. Although building it is half the fun

If you want a super-small PC then look at an ITX-based solution, a quick search on Google might bring up some help, baring in mind you do pay a premium.

I think I'm going to take what I've made up there. It'll all work, right?

Totally ilp. Totally. Don't know why, if I said what I needed it for, people are suggesting getting a $100 graphics card.

EDIT: Please guys, I want to go to bed but my dad wants me to order this tonight. Will somebody please notify me that these components listed in the first post work? Here's the CD Drive I picked out.

Just let me know that the mobo will fit in the case and all that. Thanks.
