What do you think of my PC??

Case - Ultra Aluminuis (Black)
PS - 500W Ultra X-Finity
MB - EVGA 680i
CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz
Mem - Corsair XMS2 4GB DDR2 800MHz (I know with 32 Bit you can only support 3GB but to keep dual channel working it's worth it.)
GPU - EVGA Geforce 8800GTX 768MB
HDD - Seagate 500GB SATAII
Sound Card - Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer
DVD - 18x DVD +- RW
TV - ATI HD 650
Keyboard - Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard

I don't think it will be in dual channel considering windows will only recognize 3.25 gb or so of memory depending on your setup. Maybe someone else can verify that.

Not a big fan of that ATI card, at least not as a gaming card. It's good as a pvr tv card though. And I am sure thats why you have it.

Also the 680i chipset is outdated.

But otherwise some very solid choices.

There will still be dual channeling.

Power supply is weak... motherboard cannot support 45nm, and you're spending lots on a GTX... change that to a GT or GTS G92. Then get a P35 or P31 series motherboard. And a OCZ 600 or 700W PSU.
