I don't think it will be in dual channel considering windows will only recognize 3.25 gb or so of memory depending on your setup. Maybe someone else can verify that.

Not a big fan of that ATI card, at least not as a gaming card. It's good as a pvr tv card though. And I am sure thats why you have it.
Also the 680i chipset is outdated. But otherwise some very solid choices. |

Power supply is weak... motherboard cannot support 45nm, and you're spending lots on a GTX... change that to a GT or GTS G92. Then get a P35 or P31 series motherboard. And a OCZ 600 or 700W PSU.
