Default anything better than NERO?

i already have Nero OEM disc that came with my burner i bought like 5 years ago. i read around and nero is a good software, but is there anything FREE that's better than nero i already have? this will be used with an LG dvd burner. i will be using it to burn music, dvds, and sometimes back up my system.

you guys have any other recommendations that are free?

I use Deepburner for most everything. The free version will burn ISOs, burn data disks, and burn audio CDs. I use other software for my DVDs and such, so this is all I need personally.

hmm... can't burn dvds for the free version. 1 point for nero so far

and "ISO" means that it will burn images right? (and images as in the ORDER of the information, not pictures)
