1394 port header

I have the gigabyte DS3 motherboard but I cannot locate the connection for the casing 1394 port connector on it?
Anyone using this motherboard has any other options?

Can you give me the full part/model number for that board? Gigabyte has about 12 motherboards with the DS3 designation.

If it's the GA-965P-DS3, Then there is no support for 1394 on that motherboard. That's why you can't find it.

As an option you could add a pci card that will give you 1394 support.

I am using P35 DS3 and regretted for the confusion caused. Does this mobo have the firewire port connector. I just cannot locate it physically nor on the manual itself. I supposed the revision is version 2.0?
