to start off, i have never used itunes and have no desire to do so. my father just got an mp3 player (sansa 2gb) and downloads podcasts from radio stations using itunes and he is relying on me to put them on his new mp3 player.
its a drag and drop setup but when i take his downloaded podcasts from the itunes folder, i get an error message saying the file is incompatible. ive tried converting the files but nothing is working and im hoping someone can give me some advise. thanks |

I'm having an issue as well with I-tunes, but did not want to start a new forum thread.
I keep getting the error message: An error occurred while attpenting to create the directory: C"\Documents and Settings\Matthew\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer HELP! |
