Shutdown Problem

My computer keeps shutting down automatically. I would say 6 min after bootup. It has happened ever since i installed Nero Premium w/ InCD. A pop-up comes up Counting Down. It looks pretty official, it says something about how the execution was started v( i coundnt read it, i had 2 sec. left) NT/(somthing)/(idontknow). im doing this in SAFE MODE right now cause of this.

so have you tried uninstall Nero ?
probably nero won't let you access the uninstaller while safe mode. did u try though ?
there can be other factors

yea i tried, and the computer shutoff, then i tried again, quickly, and it worked. as of now the comp hasnt shut off, i also ran ad-aware and spy doc. THANKS
