Default Need help for Maintenance Printers

I have the following printers.

1. HP LaserJet 8150

2. HP 5550DTN

3. HP LaserJet 4250N

Now I need to perform maintenance on them monthly. There needs to be a checklist with each individual parameter. eg.
Step 1: Check toner cartridge
Step 2: Check rpinter configuration

Could you please list what steps I would need to effectively perform maintenance on the printers monthly. And because they are different printers, would they use the same checklist or would they use separate checklists?

Thanks in advance

WOW, your printers scared the hell out of me, no seriously i do service on printers but not those.
those are heavy duty and i probably won't have the tools for it.
And it's pretty much a headache once you've opened one.
I could suggest some tips but, are you certified for serving printers ?

cause i tell you know, printers ain't a joke
