Default Another small case mod... again

Been busy today.



Its an analogue HDD meter, the little pin moves up and down according to HDD activity, and it plugs into the HDD LED header on my motherboard.

Adam did it in custom pc which made me want to do it, i think its looks pretty cool, the led's are nice and bright, i might change the green background though.

Now need to find a place to mount it.

The meter was £4.00

£1.50 for an LED

£1 or £2 for pentomitor

Not sure how much a pack of resistors was,

Solder £1 or £2

Heat shrink £1.60

Random bits of wire = £0

You need a glue gun and a soldering iron too

I already had some of this stuff, so i dont see it as costing a lot.

Lol no i havent figured a place where to mount it yet

Ill probably stick it in my HDD bays once i get a window

undecided, ill either get the one from coolermaster, send it off to chilledpc or kustom pc to get it cut or do it myself
