I have owned both pairs, and the reviews are mixed, but the logitechs we're the ones that did it for me. THe klipsch's liked to brake up on bass if i went any farther than 25% on the bass control so i was very disappointed at the quality of the system. Now on the other hand, I can shake my whole 2500 sq. ft. house without a problem with my logitechs and it'll still be crystal clear. Go with the logitechs and you won't be sorry.

I used to love Logitech speakers, and the Z-5300's I had sounded great... until the sub blew and the surround sound stopped working.
