Default Printers and Vista

Hello: I have just purchased a laptop with Vista Premium. I do not know if my 4 year old HP 882c deskjet will work with Vista. Anyway, I am shopping for an all in one printer. Most of the ones that I have found online (Best Buy, Staples, ect) list customer reviews. Upon reading these reviews I have found some people complaining that the printer does not work with Vista. These are reviews that were written with the last month or two so they are recent reviews. The online printer specs pages do not list whether the printers are compatible with Vista. Is this likely anti-vista people stirring up trouble or do many of the all in one or regular printers not work well with vista still?
