Id like to know if internet speed can be improved by adding a range extender to the wirless signal - it would increase my wireless signal strength from "very week" to (hopefully) "excellent"...a second option might be to add another modem. I have RoadRunner. Do they typically do that kind of thing???

having a wired connection isnt feesab le (unfortunately)...but I have run a coax cable to the location (my neighbor has internet and I can "borrow" his signal)...is there any other way around getting a wired conection and not using cat5 but by using coax??
