Default Need help. Q6600 O'cing

So those are my settings. But when I boot up windows and run PCwizard08, it says my CPU is running at stock (2.4Mhz). Am I missing something here?

On a second note, do these setting look good?

i think if you overdo it, it will either fall back down to stock or even lower

Did I overdue it? It doesn't seem, that way, It's just bumped up to 3.2.
