Default I am going to build this. Good, bad, ugly?

-AMD Athlon 64 3500+, 512K, L2 Cache, Socket 939
-1 gig Kingston DDR400
-250g Seagate SATA Hardrive
-Geforce 6600GT Pci-e
-MSI "K8N Neo4 Platinum SLI" NVIDIA nForce4 SLI Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 CPU -RETAIL

Do you think this is a good build? I plan on playing games quite a bit and stuff. I will get this and a screen for less then 2000$(canadian) I guess.

Is it good? Bad? Suggestions please I am still way open to anything.

Anyone have something similar?
