How to work out ASC11 text problem

I need to work out how many pages of pure ASC11 text i can hold on a 650MB CD-Rom, assuming one page of text holds 200 characters. Can anyone help. If you could just help by telling me how to work it out I will do the rest.

Also if i would get the same result if i used Unicode text instead of ASC11.

well each character is 1 byte so you have 200 bytes in one page.
