i plan on learning how to overclock my computer, and I've read up on what the benefits/downsides of doing it are, but I was just wondering which component of the computer it would be more useful to overclock. Also, i was looking through my bios today and I couldn't find anything that would allow me to overclock; all the options were greyed out. If anyone has the same motherboard as me, any help would be much appreciated.

for one i think the gt ko's are already overclocked, unless im very wrong lol
other then that, you simply have to find an option on your board, or something that says fsb, front-side bus, things like that. you increase this number, your processor's speed goes up, simple as that for the most part, but here is a technical guide to overclocking your processor Overclocking 101

Intel wrote programs that try and stop you from over clocking. To over-clock is difficult but doable. I even read the manual for this hard drive. You need to be careful when over-clocking because you need to raise the wattage to the CPU and it can get tricky.
I only know how to do all this because of a book I'm reading and I haven't actually done it myself
