wtb ddr sdram

hey guys, im going to be upgrading my desktop soon, im going to give my mom the desktop in my sig and there is a biiiig problem with the computer in my sig, it only has 128mb of ram, and the other thing that sucks is that the mobo only supports 1gb, but im giving it to her cheap like 100 bucks and i want to make sure that theres enough ram in there to do everything she wants, basically listen to music, watch youtube stuff, and surf the net, so i am looking for the ram that this would need. i really appreciate any help i get with this.

well i was going to sell it to a friend for more than that so yea i am, its not like im trying to get her to give me a lot of money, plus i am paying for the ram out of pocket she isnt, so its even less than 100

haha that's pretty funny... i guess i maybe can translate what's going on hopefully...you wanted to sell it to a friend and your mom heard about it...so she said wait i want it and then you said but wait, i need the money, and then she said that's okay i'll give you the money i'd rather keep the computer? that's significantly more understandable than posting a for sale sign under a magnet on your refrigerator in your house. lol

yes thats exactly what happened, i was wondering why everybody was getting pissed at me, she offered me a little cash for it if i didnt sell it to a friend, and i told her that i would need to get more ram for it but i would cover that cost, she told me she would give me 100 for it, i know its my mom thats why im only gonna get like 50 bucks after i stick a gig of ram in it
