Default 8800 Ultra question

why the difference in price, these two cards seem to have identical specs. Here are the links.

The first BFG has a block for a water cooling setup, the second is just an air cooler.

The first one has a smaller heatsink, no fan and ports on it, this means it's a watercooling set-up as the air heatsink is a lot bigger.
