Default VGA port on HDTV?

are there any HDTVs with VGA ports?

oh~not you again~hd boy
there are vga ports on most full hd lcd TVs.
in truth hdtv's one of mostly applications is to be used as a monitor.
however,hdmi is still the best

i know hdmi is the best because its digital, but what makes that the best?

HDMI is far from the best really. I would take an analogue VGA connection over it any day.

im wondering if you've got really seen the performance of hdmi tv...
you'd better see some videogame with hdmi output

All HDTV's have VGA ports. If its anything like mine then it should have an area labelled RGB-PC, with a VGA port and an audio port. Haven't found a way to connect audio to my TV though. I'm happy with my computer speakers though so i'm not worried.
