Hi.
I am new to the forum and I hope you geniuses can help me. I have recently purchased and connected and external hard drive (I am calling it the Z Drive). I have it connected to my PC and 1 of my two laptops. The problem is that it often becomes disconnected and I "cannot find" it. I have tried turning off the hard drive, disconnecting and reconnecting the router and restarting the laptop. Sometimes I can see the Z drive but it wont let me drag stuff into it. Any ideas? Thanks.
