Post NEED Knowledge from people in the know when buying a desktop!!

Yeah im going away to uni and need to buy a new computer wanting to spend around 2500 bucks ive been looking around for something that can handle games easily and has good hardware. Whether or not some bits could be changed for better parts (within the price range) and other swapped due to being not so good i would like to know. I have looked around and have found two computers in particular and and wondering what could possibly be the better or worse and what parts could be swapped. With your help i would be ver thankful

First computer just comes as the computer alone and i would have to buy a screen and key board and mouse separate however but it seems a good computer;

If you want to know which one is better, the answer would be the first one.It should be able to max out every game with the exception of crysis.

However if you built your own system for that price you could get a better system all together.

All the parts are interchangeable on either system.

I'm not the best person for putting together a new system for you plus I'm going away in a day or so...It should end up at that kind of price or cheaper maybe, and by replace do you mean as in replacing parts in those builds you mentioned before?The only thing is that the first one is already over clocked and I haven't seen any company pre over clocking the CPU before.....

Agreed, both of those systems are WAY over priced. If you could build one yourself, you would save a lot of money.

But if you HAVE to have a prebuilt system, the first one would be the best.
