Can't get external sound card to work.
Man, I am just hopless. I just bought an external sound card but I can't get it to work. I have installed it fine and it is hooked up correct ,but I can'T get the external volume on the speakers or woofer to work? The speakers are working (the woofer is not) but the volume can only be controled through the computer. Is there anything I should be doing to get everything working? Help please.

what card is it/ what os are you running?
