Default Where to put case fan

Okay i have a spare 92x92 case fan and would like to add it to my system.
the only problem is where the heck could i put it in my pos hp case.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...thome/erer.jpg

Thats my system,I dont have any holes in the side of my case so unless i cut a hole myself to add it?
But realy i dont want to do that,The thing i would like to reduce is my cpu temp so whats the best point to put the fan?

cheers

The side panel is just about the only place you could possibly put it as the vertical hard drive in the front eliminates any possibilities of mounting it there. The top also seems a bit too complicated to do as it's not flat and probably has a plastic layer on top of it.

hi,

the vertical hard drive is gone!

i have mounted it underneath my floppy drive,However im thinking of putting it back at the front because as my hard drive does alot of activity it vibrates more in my case where it is now

Id say the best bet would to cut a hole in the side panel so an intake fan will blow directly onto the heatsink fan. Grab yourself a holesaw or jigsaw or dremel and your good to go

Yeah, you could use a hole saw to cut a perfect sized hole on the side to blow onto either the CPU or GPU

I think stuff will fit, I'll take a look for you tomorrow if you want, I'm about to get some sleep now

A new case could be perfect, look great and improve your temps!
