I am in England and wanted to watch video streams on abc, but obviously they decline to let you watch it if your IP is not found to be in the USA. However.....
I found this programme that helps you find a http proxy that is hosted inside the USA and does not spill your IP address. The only problem is, when I manually configure the proxy in firefox, the internet stops working altogether, even though I know the proxy is valid. How do I get it to work? I'm also using AT Uni using the campus wifi - would that affect my computers ability to use the new IP address? Hope someone can help me! |
