problem burning file to dvd

Hi, I am a newbie on here, not sure if in right section, please feel free to move me if you wish

I am trying to burn a dowload file to dvd, but when I try to do it i get the following message error:-

program c:\program files\roxioa\disc copier 9\ disc copier 9.exe

application requested runtime to terminate in an unusual way, contact support team for more information.

then it comes up with R6026 - pure virtual funcation call

I know a little about comuters,

but any help with this would be great

welcome to the forums, fishingwife, but apparently due to the nature of the problem, we cannot help. read the forum rules.
about roxio, it's probably messed up, try repairing the suite
