Vista or XP?
Anyway seems to me that you have to upgrade that driver that creates the problem

a firewall is like a gate. it keeps the bad people out and the dog in but it's not fool proof. but lets say you download and run an infected program. that will be like letting in a "friend." if it's infected you run that program you can get malware. that's like a friend raping your family and stealing your money.

Run memtest+ again, but this time, run and extended test (overnight, if possible), and see what it comes up with.

Everything I keep reading about this error tells me you either have Windows 2000 and are experiencing a driver issue (as stated in the last post), or that you have XP and a portion of your RAM is defective.
