Default Two HDDs, one SATA, one IDE on same board.

Putting together a low spec PC for my brother just to store music on. He managed to get hold of an 120gb IDE drive and I have another 120gb SATA drive which I dont need. The MOBO is a SATA board. Would I be able to run the IDE drive on the same cable as the DVD/RW drive? What would I need to set the jumpers on the HDDs and the DVD drive? Cheers.
