Question Do I have W32/Spybot-Z??????

Running XP with two user accounts, my wife's and mine.
Use NetZero Free dial-up for internet and CA Security Suite software.
My account runs smoothly, wife's side will encounter Blue Screen of Death every time the PC accesses the internet through her account.

Ran Debugging Tools for Windows to troubleshoot the minidumps, and it determined that the memory dumps were...

Probably caused by : KmxCF.sys ( KmxCF+59c0 )
PROCESS_NAME: exec.exe

What does this mean???
How do I fix this???
