Default right side of 5.1 not working

Hi. First time poster. I just bought the Boston Acoustic BA7900 5.1 used without testing it and the right side output on the sub does not work. I have used the mic input as well as the regular inputs so I have narrowed it down to the front/rear right side outputs not working on the amp. Any suggestions on a way to fix this or is the amp just broken?
