Default Hooking up my computer to a Reciever?

I have a gateway gt5056 and within 3 feet of it i have 4 club like speaker systems 4 subs and 8 speakers all together

the speakers are hooked up to an old pioneer recieved that takes the red and white cable as an input so i plan on hooking my tv to it so i have a cinima in my room

But what i really want to do is make it so that i play a song on my computer and it plays the music on the system. what do i need to get to do this right?

Thanks guys

You can get a soundcard with a digital coaxial output or optical out. The RCA plugs are also another option, but that yields lower sound quality.
