According to this, TimeWarner is going to test how much they charge vs how much you download. Yuck.

Yuck indeed. The memo states that if the test(s) is successful, they will roll out these caps to all current customers.. Those who download alot will likely have to "upgrade" to a higher-tiered account. I can't see them them succeeding to be honest, the ISP's that feature no caps (or very large, hidden caps, like Comcast) will prosper accordingly.

Wow, I hate what the world is comming to. Everything you do you get charged more and more for. It kinda reminds me of that tax trying to get passed that would tax you for every mile you drove.
