Webcam Selection
Well i need help picking out a webcam because i never have done this before and i don't know what to look for. my budget is at max 30 dollars and i would like the webcam to be either black or black and silver or silver. this is for my desktop it needs to adjustable and have a built in speaker/voice recorder thing.
