Default DELL and New Intel question help

I know someone who wants to order a custom DELL soon. The new processors will be coming out very soon, I advised this person to wait. To you think that DELL will have availibility to these new Intel CPUs? Thanks

Well what if he ordered a E6000 series, you think Dell will drop their prices on those CPUs much?
