I have a fairly old scanner that hasn't been used for some time, so I thought I would hook it up and get some use out of it. It has two connections, the ac adapter, and usb port. There is no apparent on switch, and after downloading drivers and installing, it says it can't find any scanner attached.
I don't think its the usb cable, but I don't know what my other options are other than to assume the scanner is no good, or maybe the usb port on it doesn't work?
