Preformance Monitor is this ok?Sys Stability Chart

I dont know if this is bad but it doesnt look good. How could I fix this?

And how can i fix this boot failure? Thanks for you help.

You can't have a disk boot failure... If you did, Windows wouldn't even load

That software looks like BS to me.
