Lightbulb live video on a mac

hi everyone, how are you?

I now have a MacBook Pro and i have some ideas about live video

Now the macbook pro has a LED screen and the D-DVI port, i want to do some video processing on the monitors, AKA i want to edit on my screen then send out my LIVE video to the D-DVI port (using apples s-video adapter)

I would like to have the option to switch between two different cameras and maybe a visualizer

if that is not possible i can buy a video mixer but i will still need a program that runs a visualizer and can do text over it, while still sending it out the D-DVI port

I will be using this system on a projection unit and it must be portable, i already have a video mixer but if i can do it all in my mac, that would make it all the better, i also have a firewire adapter for my mac for the two cameras, now all i need is the software

thanks a ton and have a great weekend
