help me with taskbar VISTA

(dual monitors)
apparently my brother screwed with my computer again and the taskbar is on the right monitor, and i want it on the left monitor, (im used to it that way) how do i move the task bar from the right to the left. i do have ultramon , please help !

I think u must :
1 . right click on the taskbar .
2 . make << lock the taskbar >> off ( by clicking on it ) .
3 . then drag&drop the taskbar where u want .
