Default Where can i find out whats my exact RAM type?

I Need Help to find out what type of RAM i have becuase
when i use the Crucial Sites computer Scanner It tells me my computer is compatible with DDR2700 and DDR3200. SO WHICH ONE DO I BUY?

Can Someone help Please

Ether one should work fine.

DDR3200 is a bit faster so if you can afford that might as well buy that one.

Obviously the best way is to Google the specs of your motherboard and see what RAM it runs natively; or/also to remove one of the existing sticks and see what kind it is...it's always better to match speeds than mix them.

Software-wise, I would use something like CPU-z. Once you've launched the program, click on the SPD tab and then view what RAM you currently populating each slot.
