Question Xbox 360 on laptop screen

Can somebody advise me as to a product or cable I could buy which would enable me to connect an xbox 360 through to my laptop screen? I have an acer aspire 9920G laptop which has a built in tv card but sadly there is a blank where the av in should be. is there such a way of connecting? perhaps a usb tv tuner which has ideally component input or vga to provide good picture quality??

Thanks in advance

Have you tried to use any other devices to confirm the capture card is working correctly?

Sorry, my description must not have been clear of the problem. I meant that on the back of the laptop is a space for an AV in but it has a rubber blank there and in the instructions says that it is a manufacturer option.

Since that option is most likely motherboard specific (a part of the motherboard that wasn't included on your motherboard), you'll probably want to pick up a pcmcia capture card for your laptop.

I've never purchased one before, but I believe newegg.com and monoprice.com have them..
