Default Computer for under $350

I'm building a computer for a friend of mine. He set a budget of $350. This is what I have come up with so far. Any tips for some of the hardware I should use would be helpful.

This is what i got:
ASRock "K7Upgrade-880" VIA KT880 Chipset 46.99
AMD Sempron 2500+ 1.750GHz W/Fan 70.99
XFX nVIDIA GeForce FX5200 Video Card, 128MB DDR 45.00
Maxtor 40GB 7200RPM 45.00
Rosewill 184-Pin 512MB DDR PC2700 38.99
APEX Beige Mid-Tower Super Case with 350W Power Supply 29.50
2X Fans 7.86
Rosewill White 52X32X52 CDRW Drive 23.99
SONY Beige 1.44MB 3.5Inch Floppy Disk Drive 10.00
Total 318.32

I wouldn't cheap out on the case/power supply. Get a branded power supply that you can rely on. You have about $30 left on your budget, and if you would spend a little more than that you could get a decent PSU.

For a AMD XP 2700+
You will notice a big bump in speed with this, I was told that a sempron is the AMD of celeron. sempron also has 1/2 the L2 cache.

$16 more.

Ok, but still...I would not depend on that PSU lasting very long. My brother purchased a 350W with a case for $40. Lasted 3 days and had to purchase another one. Not saying your's will die in 3 days, but it's taking a chance. If you like the case, rip out the PSU and purchase a decent PSU.

cache means little in amd cpus.

If we spending $16 more you should do the the following.

socket 754 motherboard $56

AMD Sempron 2600+ 1.6GHz $78
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...104-226&depa=1

Now this will perform a lot better if only for the fact it uses socket 754. I would highly recomend to go skt 754 it alot better option then socket A.
