For a AMD XP 2700+ You will notice a big bump in speed with this, I was told that a sempron is the AMD of celeron. sempron also has 1/2 the L2 cache. $16 more.

Ok, but still...I would not depend on that PSU lasting very long. My brother purchased a 350W with a case for $40. Lasted 3 days and had to purchase another one. Not saying your's will die in 3 days, but it's taking a chance. If you like the case, rip out the PSU and purchase a decent PSU.

If we spending $16 more you should do the the following. socket 754 motherboard $56 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...138-247&depa=1 AMD Sempron 2600+ 1.6GHz $78 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...104-226&depa=1 Now this will perform a lot better if only for the fact it uses socket 754. I would highly recomend to go skt 754 it alot better option then socket A.
