Default Msgsrv32.exe

Basicly for the last 4/5hours i've been getting this file freezing my pc up, seems to have been ok since I took out this dodgy cd, it froze my desktop up for a while and my computer stopped responding for a bit, that started working after 10restarts and virus scans :p and then i tired to access the cd drive and it frooze, took the cd out works now without any errors and other cd's work

i dont see how it could be this cd that causes the error can anyone see how, all it should have on it is two film files in .ogm format,

but now it seems fine I don't know, Anyway i've googled it and i know what the file is for but is it SAFE to delete the file?
