Hi guys,
I have Microsoft Excel 2007 on my computer and I have a question. I have a list of numbers on a piece of paper. I need to find out how many times the numbers came out by using Excel. Then by doing that I will also need to graph it. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks Btw I know in older versions of office you were able to do it by using a Pivot Table but I find in 2007, the Pivot Table is totally different to use then in previous versions of office. |

The pivot table will work perfect for you...
Highlight the numbers -Insert-->Pivot Table-->Select ok If you have one column with the numbers in it then drag it into the row and the value section... yes you can use it twice now. Anything else?
