Wireless Printing Issue

I have a Windows Vista Laptop, Belkin wireless Print Server, Epson Printer and a Orange Livebox. All software is installed on the laptop.

The wireless printing has worked but the problem is that it can be a bit temperamental. We have called a support guy round and he managed to get it working very quickly, by just working with Windows. i.e he did nothing with the Belkin sofware or the Livebox. Obiviously we dont wont to have to call him again, for what seems like a fairly simple problem. So, does anyone know what to do?

Well we have managed to get it working twice, but only for about a few days. I am unsure what the problem is. But the guy just does something in windows and it works again
