The only things of any significance that I notice is that the second OEM one is of a different part series and has less specs on it than the other two. If you look at the specs, #1 OEM is part #NSA-00001 and the Retail version is #68A-00001. I just think that they are different versions of the same model (possibly different, older firmware). It's hard to tell to be sure, but I think that if you are deciding between the OEM options, I'd pick #1 as my hunch tells me that's newer than #2.
